Dance expresses mind and soul using as instrument, the human body
The art of dance is experiencing a time of great splendour and perhaps the highest level of development of its long history. As the rich inheritance of the past unites with the creativity and diversity of the present new styles I are being created.
All kind of dance as performing arts can also provide joy and reinforce our sense of identity and belonging
The intention of International Dance Day and the Message is, to bring all Dances together on this occasion, to celebrate this art form and revel in its universality, to cross all political, cultural and ethnic barriers and bring people together, in peace and friendship
To accomplish this goal, the bridges of mutual respect and understanding among the various performing styles as well the societies and cultures that represent, must be strengthened.
